田町のオフィスに出社してランチ。今日は慶応仲通りへ。メインの通りからダンダダン酒場の角を曲がった路地にあるお店。
数種類ある親子丼からレバー、ハツ入りを注文。醤油か塩と聞かれたので醤油を選択。親子丼を食べるのは何年ぶりだろう？
ゆるすぎない卵でとじられた鶏もも肉、レバー、ハツ。中央に卵黄、その上に三つ葉がハラリ。ダシは甘すぎないのでサッパリ食べられる。もも肉は普通、ハツはほとんど入ってなくて、代わりに目立つレバーは柔らか。付け合わせに高野豆腐の炊き合わせ、ミニサラダ、味噌汁。久しぶりの親子丼は普通に美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
