親子丼（レバー有り）は、やはり美味し！
上司と会議終わりの13:00に遅めのランチを。
近くの商業施設にある広州市場は、相変わらずの行列。
久しぶりに親子丼を食べようと言うことで、これまで別店舗には何度か昼夜共に行った事はあったが、こちらは初来店。
さすがのオフィス街。既にお客様はおらず、日替わり定食は、既に売り切れ。。しかし親子丼はまだあるとの事。
以前のようにご飯大盛りにはしなかったが、レバー有りにして、テーブルの一味をかけて、いざ実食！
炙った鶏肉に、フワフワ卵、そこにジューシーなレバー、最後に追い卵を割り、とろ〜り食感で美味。
つみれ汁も絶妙で、これで900円は安いですね。

普段佐賀料理は、あまり馴染みが無いですが、
こちらのお店は、系列店含めて何度かお邪魔を。
ちなみにランチは、親子丼がバリ旨し！
本日は、人気のレバテキ、ポテトサラダから始め、
串物、盛り合わせ5種などを満喫し、いも焼酎、日本酒熱燗を堪能。
特にポテトサラダは熱々状態で、スタッフがジャガイモの粗さを聞いた上で、目の前で料理。
煙モクモク状態がまた良き！
