三田は人生の中で色々と縁があって、色々な店を知っている。この店はその中で楽しくワインを飲むなら第一候補に挙がる場所で、赤ワインを楽しみながら馬肉を楽しむことができる。
この日は会社関係で個人的に飲みたい方がいたので、お誘いして飲むことに。
ハイボールと赤ワインを楽しみながら馬刺し、馬肉のグリル、馬肉の唐揚げ、アンチョビキャベツを楽しむ。
このお店、もちろんメインの馬刺しとグリルも美味しいのだが、サブ的な馬肉の唐揚げとアンチョビキャベツが異常にうまかったりして、必ず注文することにしている。一緒に飲んだ方も特にアンチョビキャベツは絶品と言っていた。
馬肉の唐揚げは薄めの衣とパワーのある馬肉の塊が絶品、アンチョビキャベツはキャベツの食感を残したまま柔らかくするという芸当をやってのけていて、その辺りがうまいポイントだと思う。
馬肉はかなり赤身感があり、どのつまみも赤ワインとは良く合うので、馬肉バルという試みは本当に素晴らしいと思う。
