三田で見つけた色々な馬肉料理が味わえる馬肉専門バル
店内の雰囲気はお洒落な肉バルって感じなんだけど、至る所に馬関連の掲示物！
そして肉絡みのメニューはほとんど馬肉絡みの徹底ぶり！
お通しの『馬肉の味噌マヨネーズ和え』でしっかり馬肉メニューから始まり
前菜メニューからはあえて馬刺しを外して『馬肉の生ハム』、メインメニューからは『馬ハラミのグリル』に加えて期間限定の『馬サーロインのレアカツ』『馬肉の鉄板ハンバーグ』と馬刺しを外した分は馬肉料理店らしいメニューをたっぷり味わってきました
ワインメニューも豊富で、馬肉好きで馬肉の色んな食べ方を味わってみたい方におすすめのお店です( ´ ▽ ` )

『馬肉の鉄板ハンバーグ』
ジュージューとしずる音を立てながら熱々の鉄板で登場
ぎゅっと詰まっているけど、柔らかめの肉質で切ると肉汁溢れるハンバーグ
黒く濃い目で甘めのデミグラスソースと相性抜群でした！
『馬ハラミのグリル100g』
肩ロース、ヒレと選べたけど赤身の定番ハラミを選択
サーロインと同じ赤身だけど、こちらも噛み締めるたびにじゅわっと溢れる肉味が良い！
『馬肉味噌焼きおにぎり』
お通しの味噌和えが美味しかったので、これも当たりじゃないかと思い注文したら大正解✨
表面をこんがりと焼き上げられたおにぎりの上に馬肉味噌がこんもり
おにぎりにも醤油ベースで味付けされており、香ばしい味わいと濃い目の肉味噌との相乗効果が堪らない！
〆にぴったりの逸品でした！
