Since I came all the way to Mita, I decided to try something a little different. I'll make the recommended horse meat Hamburg. It also comes with rice and salad and is a good value for just under 1,000 yen. The most important thing is Hamburg, but the Japanese pepper? The flavor is heavy on Hamburg, and the sauce is a little thick, so you can't tell the difference between horsemeat and beef. But I guess beef is more juicy.
