平日の夜、はしごの2件目を探して偶然発見したお店。
「古民家」の言葉通り、昔の日本家を改造したなかなか面白い作りの店だ。
21時近くピークを越えた時間に訪問したが
カウンターも2階席もあり結構にぎわっている。
注文した中で特筆したいのは次の2つ。
＜＜生ハム＞＞
蹄がドーンとオブジェのように置かれていて、回転もよさそうな感じ。
新鮮なのは美味しいしね、と密かに期待し注文。
その期待を全く裏切らないお味でした。
＜＜チーズと生ハムのリゾット＞＞
黒板を見るとパエリアが美味しいらしいが、2人前から注文なのだそう。
ちょっとお腹がいっぱいだったのもあって、迷ってるところに
ほかのお客さんが頼んでいたのを見ていたら美味しそう(笑)。
で、こちらに変えた。
これは美味しかった！！
米の炊き具合といい、香りと言い、すごいよ・山田シェフ(看板に名前が書いているｗ)！！
今回は頼まなかったが、どうもその「パエリア」は看板メニューらしい。
もし、次回チャンスがあればぜひ、食べてみたいと思った。
看板メニューにないものがこれだけ美味しいのだから、
「看板メニュー」はどんなものなのか？？
売り切れることもあるようだから、要注意だな。
