迷子になるくらいの路地裏にある素敵な雰囲気のスペインバルです。
シェフの方の笑顔が素敵で、カウンターで料理をしているのを見ながら
お酒を飲むのが好きなので、すごく満たされる時間を過ごせます。
お料理はどれも美味しく、ストウブ料理、タパス、フリット、アヒージョ、
ガレット、パスタ、などなどメニュー数は多いです。
個人的なおすすめはマッシュポテトです！
ハーブの香りが程よくくせになる、なめらかなマッシュポテトです。
今回はマッシュポテト単体ですが、ガレットも美味しいです。
ストウブ料理はお店のおすすめで、ストウブ鍋で作るパエリアは絶品です！
ストウブ鍋なのでほどよくしっとりとした、魚介の旨味を感じる、
お焦げがパリパリっとおいしい、訪れたら必ず食べたいお料理です。
イベリコ豚の生ハムも脂が甘くて舌でとろけて、ワインのお供に最高です！
