今年に入ってからは、ラーメン屋さんに良く行くようになりましたが、まだあまり行って無かった頃に行った事のあるお店を思い出しました。
三田駅からブラブラと歩いて帰る途中で、大きな看板に惹かれて入店。
特製やっとこらー麺 並と、チャーシューごはんを注文。
味噌スープはクリーミィで、生トマトを加えると、トマトの酸味でスープがより濃厚なのに軽く感じ、斬新でした。良くフランス料理では、濃厚なソースを酸味を加えて、旨味を残しつつ、軽く仕上げたりしますが、そんなイメージでした。
久しぶりに近々行ってみたいです。
