魚介豚骨を求めて夜に自転車で。
大通からすぐなのですが
静かで混み過ぎない穴場な感じが個人的には好印象でした。
注文は人気 No1の特製やっとこらー麺。
秘伝の味噌ダレの味が気になっていたので
シビレ辛さはあまりきかさず普通で
海苔だけ追加で頼みました。
店内のカウンターが厨房に近くて
調理風景がみられるのもたのしいです。
にんにくを調理している方香りが広がり
スープの火入れの風景はとても良かったです。
ラーメンは秘伝の味噌ダレスープに
しっかりネギ油的な？辛味オイルも載せてあり濃厚でした。
中でもチャーシューは最高
とろとろなのに脂っぽくなく女性は好きだと思います。
（肉が歯に挟まる硬いチャーシューで油がゴムみたいなのが苦手なのですが
ここのチャーシューはそのま反対でほんとうにいままで食べたなかでもかなり上位）
次回は痺れからさも増して食べてみたいと思います！
