黒の内壁のラーメン店らしい内装の店内はカウンター席のみ。1〜2人での訪問が良さそうです。
もやし閻魔ラーメン(¥1,020)を注文。
ベースの味噌スープは一口啜ると味噌の風味とニンニクの香りがしっかりと香りますが、後味は煮干しや鰹がよく出ておりすっきりとしてます。
辛味は辛子油、唐辛子、山椒油で付けられており、唐辛子の辛さと山椒のシビレをしっかりと感じます。
麺は太めのちぢれ麺で太さは割とランダム、表面はつるりと柔らかめの食感です。
辛さとシビレの強さ、麺の量、ニンニクの有無などカスタマイズがかなり出来るのが魅力なお店です。
