田町駅から少し距離ありますが
行く価値大アリの楽しいお店でした！
食べたのは
地鶏タタキ2種1,298円
冷製レバー葱油かけ858円
たこからあげ750円
ホタルイカの沖漬け580円
鉄板今治焼き鶏皮638円+せせり748円
八兵衛名物 信州そば968円 です。
まずお通しで鶏のお出汁のスープが
おちょこに注ぐ形で出て来ますが
これがお替り自由なのが嬉しい。
旨味が凝縮していて柚子の香りが
ふわっと香って美味しいんですよね。
地鶏のタタキはももとむねの2種類で
新鮮な地鶏だからほぼレアで
なんでも生が好きな私としては堪らん！！
そして大好きなレバーは
低温調理されているけど
もっちりしっとりして美味し過ぎる！
ぜひレバー好きな方は頼んで欲しい一品です。
たこからあげは柔らかくて外はサックリ、
熱いうちに食べて欲しいです。
ホタルイカの沖漬けはこの時期だけですが
臭みもなくちゅるっと食べれてしまいます。
鉄板今治焼きは初めて見たのですが、
串ではなく鉄板で焼いて板状の鉄の重しで
プレスして焼くのだそう。
ジューシーでお肉がしっとりして
焼鳥より全然好きでした。
味もしみしみで最高です！
〆はそばがせいろ茶そばやカレーつけ汁、
せいろそば食べ比べと信州蕎麦があったので
せっかく信州蕎麦のお店ですし
やっぱり信州蕎麦にしました。
細麺でお腹いっぱいになった後でも
食べやすかったです。
そば粉の旨味も感じられるので信州蕎麦がオススメ。
日本酒も色々置いていて、
店員さんが丁寧に説明してくださるので
サービスの良さも嬉しかったです。
気さくなスタッフさんが多くて
楽しく過ごせました！
