鶏の唐揚秘伝改・ご飯大盛（780円）
田町芝浦口でランチ。
やや訪問店がマンネリ化しているので新規開拓！と路上のA看板を見て唐揚げが気になった「せいりゅう」さん。なんせ、ただの鶏の唐揚げじゃなく「秘伝・改」ですからねｗ
場所は「鳥一代」の通りを駅を背にちょっと歩いたところにあるビル3F。いつもお世話になっている「寿庵」の手前です。
平日12:15到着。やはりビル3Fで露出が少ないこともあり、店内は半分ほどの入り。
テーブル席に案内され、メニューを確認。
花びら回転的な派手なローストポーク丼にも惹かれますが、やはり「秘伝改」が気になる鶏唐揚をお願いします。ホールのお姉さん「ご飯大盛できますが？」当然お願いします。
５分ほどで着盆。
まず第一印象は。。。少なっ！
唐揚げは２口サイズのモモ肉が４つ。二度揚げしてるのかな？衣は濃いめのきつね色でカリッカリです。
で、肝心なのは自慢の秘伝改の味付けですが、下味はおそらくニンニク醤油で、なんらかのスパイスが効かせてあるのがミソかな？やや甘めでスパイシーな。。オールスパイスっぽい香りを感じたような？今時自分で作ってみよう。
気にいるか気に入らないかは好みでしょうが、とりあえず、他店の唐揚げとは一味違うのは確かです。ただ。。ボリューム少なすぎ。
ライス大盛にすると、ご飯茶碗を重ねて２杯分盛ったようなマンガっぽいてんこ盛りで出てきますが、丼じゃなくお茶碗なので量的にはたかがしれたもの。炊き方はやや柔め。
ただ、せっかく盛ってくれるのはありがたいのですが、おかずがかなり少なめなのでご飯が余りますね。。。かなりのご飯食いを自覚していますが、それでもラストは唐揚げをちょっとずつ食べてもご飯があまり、味噌汁で残りのご飯を流し込むハメに。せめて卓上にふりかけでもあればなぁ。。
味噌汁はワカメとかきたま。最初からぬるくダメダメ。
サラダはレタスと水菜。赤フレンチドレッシングが多めにかかっています。唐揚げにも使いたいからマヨでいいんだけどな。付け合せのスパはバジル風味。
小鉢には、おそらくローストポークの端切れと生玉ねぎスライスを和えて胡椒を振ったもの。夜の部のお通しにも使うのでしょうが、こういうちょっと手のこんだ付け合せはうれしいですね。
ということで、サクッといただきごちそうさま。
次月末まで有効の100円引き券をもらったのですが。。。うーん、ここに玉子と味付け海苔くらい付けてくれないと、隣の「寿庵」のランチには全く敵わないかな？しかも一番安い鶏唐揚げには適用不可って、どんだけしょっぱいんだよ。。
あちらさんもビル3Fにあるにも関わらず、路上A看板なんか一つもおかず、メニューは文字のみの紙っぺら１枚なのにたまに行列。同じような環境で、どうしてこれだけ客入りに差があるのか考えてみたらわかると思うのですが。。いや、ここはケチ臭くいかないで、ローストポークやステーキ等のスペシャリティにする方がお店の良さを味わえるのかも？
