平日の12時過ぎに1人で訪問です。
芝浦ホルモンが牛すじ煮込み定食でランチ営業しているなーと認識していましたが、遂にランチに入ってみました。
が、すでに牛すじ煮込み定食が売り切れと…早くない?
代わりに頂いたのは、
・牛もつ煮定食
もつ煮の他に、テールスープ、ハツ、温玉、ご飯がついてきます。
ハツは塩ダレがかなり美味しく、テールスープもコクがしっかりしていました。
が、しかし、主役の牛もつ煮が存在感薄めです。豆腐が入っていましたが、味が染みてないからぼやけたんでしょうか?
温玉で味変ができるところはいいですね。
主役がもうちょっとガッツリ濃いめだと良かったのですが…
