三田の商店街の中に、落ち着いた雰囲気の焼き鳥居酒屋「火鼓壱」を発見！
店構えは控えめですが、中に入るとカウンター席と個室が用意されていて居心地が良いです。個室は人数に合わせて仕切ることができ、プライベート空間として最適です。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。そして定番の焼き鳥の盛り合わせと素焼きで新鮮な鶏肉の旨味を堪能しました。鶏皮は食感が絶品で、つくねはコリコリした食感がクセになります。塩や七味で味付けを変えて楽しむのも良いですね。
焼き鳥に良く合うのが、この店自慢の焼酎です。芋や米、麦など種類豊富に取り揃えてあり、好みで飲み比べができます。一押しは八重桜の森伊蔵と言われる芋焼酎。喉ごしの良さと米の旨味がたまりません・・・
