こだわりの五島牛、肉寿司は必食！！
今回印象に残ったのは、”ササミ”！
初めて食べました。
ササミというとどうしても鶏肉の脂が少ない部分を想像しますが、一頭から少量しか取れないこちらの部位は柔らかで旨みがある。
黒バラモン塩ロース は、
黒バラモンのこだわりの焼き方があるようで、一緒についてきた牛脂を引いて焼いて、更に肉の上にも直接牛脂を塗る、という。目が細かくて繊細、脂っぽすぎもせず、丁度良い肉質。

結構リーズナブルな価格で出しているのに肉質が◎！キムチもちゃんと美味しかったし、大満足！
長崎の五島、五島牛をメインに出しているこちら、店名「黒バラモン」の”バラモン”は五島独自の凧である”バラモン凧”からきているとのこと。
お酒も五島茶ハイなど、五島のお酒があってこだわりを感じます。

田町に新しくできた「五島牛」の焼肉店。
長崎の方の五島で育った牛（レアらしい）を使った肉が自慢のお店です。
まずはランチでチャレンジしてみました！

名物黒バラ重 青 980円
お重は4種類のタレから選ぶことができます。
青は青唐辛子。
他は甘醤油ダレ・旨しおダレ・味噌ダレ です。
御飯にたっぷりお肉＆そぼろが載ったお重＋サラダ＋お椀＋ナムル的なもの4種
ボリュームアリ。
お肉は味付けは濃いめなので、ごはんが進みます。
一緒についてくるサラダ、手作りドレッシングが別添えで。
りんごのドレッシングとのこと。やさしいお味です。
他は焼ける肉がついているメニューや、スンドゥブ、冷麺なども。
結構ラインナップ豊富です！

ちょっと間が空いての、久しぶりな黒バラモン焼肉ランチ。といってもいつもは焼肉定食を食べますが、メニューがちょっと変わってるのを発見！！
上に卵黄とタレ味のとろろが乗っていてスタミナな感じ。さすが焼肉屋さん、お肉の質がちゃんとしてるところに満足。
肉も柔らか、
はみ出し過ぎちゃってるのでハサミで切る感じです。
結果、ハラミの柔らかさと旨味となんだかトロロ&タレが凄くご飯とマッチして進むススム！
ホントは普通の焼肉定食頼むつもりでバランス的に重を頼んだけれども、思った以上にポイント高くて満足。
