多くの食通から、「最高級の旨みを持つ」と支持されている五島牛を初体験してきました♡
場所は田町駅三田口から３分の建築会館B1Fにあります。
店内は教会をイメージしていて、奥ゆかしくも鮮やかな装飾が印象的☆
五島で有名な椿の花をイメージしたステンドグラスが本当に素敵です♪

自分でキウイを絞って完成させるので、とにかくフレッシュ♪
果実ゴロゴロでフルーティーだから、とっても飲みやすくてオススメです♡
逆に飲み過ぎ注意かも☆
☆お通し（五島豚の生ハム）
柔らかく、噛むほどに旨みが広がり美味♡
塩分控えめなのでイクラの塩気が丁度良く、これはお酒が進んじゃいます♪
☆黒バラモンサラダ
海老と玉子が入ったボリューミーなサラダ。
リンゴと玉ねぎのフルーティーでほんのり甘いドレッシングがとっても美味しくてペロリ♪
☆黒毛和牛の梅たたきユッケ
梅と合わせたユッケを頂いたことがなかったのでオーダーしてみました。
塩ベースの上品な味付け。
梅の酸味が効いていて、大葉が爽やかに仕上げてます。
しっとりなめらかなユッケに、長芋のシャクシャク食感がいいアクセント☆
☆ルイ ファブル ソーヴィニヨンブラン
グレープフルーツのような柑橘系のニュアンスで、すっきりキレがあり飲みやすい♡

ネギの食感も良くて、生塩ジンジャーダレとの相性も最高！

赤身と脂のバランスが抜群で美味しい～♡
☆熟成３秒塩ロース
片面３秒づつ焼いて頂きます。
とろけるほど柔らかく、熟成され凝縮された旨みが溢れ出します♡
幸せ～♪
ゴマダレがオススメとのこと。
☆五島牛（ささみ・カイノミ）
お待ちかねの五島牛の登場です！
この日オススメの２種を頂きました☆
鶏のささみとは異なり、さっぱりとはしていますが、脂の甘さも感じられます。
赤身と脂のバランスの良さが予想外で美味♪
カイノミはとても柔らかく、赤身のしっかりとした旨みと上品な脂の甘さが最高です♡
美味しい～♪
五島牛はとにかく柔らかく、豊かな味と香りが素晴らしく美味しかった～！！
☆〆のざる五島うどん
やっぱり〆は五島名物、五島うどん！！
椿油が練り込まれてるそうで、艶やかで見た目からして美味しそう～♪
つるんとした喉越しが最高です♡
細麺ですが、細さに負けない強いコシもGOOD♪
☆自家製 五島の椿茶プリン
椿茶プリン自体に深い味わいがあるので、黒蜜はお好みで。
私は最初に黒蜜をかけてしまったのですが、そのままの方が好みでした☆
東京ではなかなかお目にかかる事の出来ない、希少銘柄の五島牛を味わえる貴重なお店☆
家族で会社の仲間とも、半個室はデートにもと使い勝手がかなり良さそうでオススメ♪
五島の名産も買えますよ☆
