『SCHMATZ』さん。

✎まるで本場のドイツのような雰囲気のクラフトビールダイニング。
ビールの本場ドイツで老舗のホヘンタナブリュワリー醸造とのこと。
今回はランチでの利用で、
自家製ハンバーグと黒ビール仕込みのラザニアを注文。
自家製ハンバーグ（サラダ付）はソースを4種類から、またライスかパンかを選択可能。
ハンバーグ自体は肉肉しく、デミグラスソースの濃厚なコクと相性抜群。
後味もさギトギトしてなくさっぱりタイプ。
そして印象的だったのが、黒ビールで仕込まれたラザニア（パン、サラダ付）
黒ビールを使用していたからか全体的に風味が豊か。
とろけるような心地よい食感もたまらない。
他にも数種類のランチメニューがあり。
お昼から本場のクラフトビールを楽しむことも可能。
夜はクラフトビールが飲み放題のコースも充実。
料理に合わせてクラフトビールは至福すぎる。
また、ランチタイムはコーヒーやアイスティーなどのドリンクも飲み放題。
店内は本場のドイツを想像させられるカジュアルな雰囲気。
少人数から大人数での利用にもうってつけ。
