友人のお祝いに、利用させていただきました。
お互いの職場の中間地だったので、立地から選んだのですが、オフィス街の田町駅前にこんなムーディーなレストランがあったとは！
天井が高く暖色系のモダンな内装ですが、スタッフは皆気さくでよく気が付いてくれます。
お互い下戸でしたので、乾杯はモクテルのオリジナルレモネード。赤と白のノンアルワインにソーダor水割で選べます。
予約時に見かけたミモザのコースがあまりに綺麗でしたので、今回はそちらを。
国際女性デーにちなみ、ミシュラン1つ星「アマラントス」のシェフドキュイジーヌ・宮島由香里シェフとプルマン総料理長・福田シェフのコラボとの事。
まずは白アスパラガスと生ハムのブランマンジェ、エンドウ豆のクーリ。前菜兼スープといった感じのお品です。生ハムが液状になっており、口に入れると食材の味が絡み合って確かにそれぞれの味を感じるのですが、食感と味が本来の食材と異なり、これは新感覚ですね。
いかにもモダンガストロノミーです。
見た目もとにかく華やかで、一品目からテンションが上がります！
メインはラムチョップのグリルとビーツのリゾット。ラムチョップの周りにもビーツを衣に付けて調理されていて、カリッとした食感と鮮やかなビーツレッドが食欲をそそります。
リゾットに西洋ワサビがふんだんに使われていてアクセントになっており、これが美味しい！まろやかでけして角の立つ刺激ではなく、あくまでラムチョップを引き立ててくれました。
デザートはエキゾチックジュレとジャスミンアイスのミモザ風、とのこと。ジャスミンアイスがさっぱりとしていて甘さ控えめで、爽やかな後味です。エディブルフラワーがあしらわれており、ご覧の通りなんとも華やか！
友人にも喜んでもらえました。
食後のコーヒー・紅茶はたっぷり淹れてくれるので、話も弾みます。
全部で３品+フォカッチャと品数的には少ないかもしれませんが、内容が密なのとそれぞれ食べごたえがあったので、少なく感じませんでしたし、丁度良かったと思います。
総じて居心地が良く、友人もまた来たいね、と終始ご機嫌でした。
