予約して月曜日の12時半に訪問すると雨だからか
客入りは4割ほどでゆったり出来る雰囲気でした
前菜とメインとデザートにドリンクのついた
フルコースランチセットにしたのですが
全部見た目からテンションの上がるお料理でした
まず最初の前菜(スターター)は
タスマニア産サーモンのミキュイ
分厚いサーモンが土台になっていて
スライスされたいちごとビーツ、塩気のあるトマトサブレ、
甘くない生クリーム(？)といくらのトッピング
それからいちごとビーツの冷製スープが
ソース代わりにかけられたなんとも華やかな一品✨
メニューの補足の最後にガスパッチョとあったので
サーモン入りの冷製スープかなと思いましたが
いい意味で予想外のお料理でした！
サーモンというとオレンジの切り身を想像しますが
外側が炙られていて黒胡椒がかけられていたので
ぱっと見ではサーモンだと分かりませんでした
中はレアでしっとりしていてとっても美味でした！
メインには「本日のメイン料理」だった
イノシシのロールキャベツを選びました◎
イノシシの挽肉が柔らかいキャベツで包まれていて
優しいコンソメのスープとの相性が良かったです✨
柔らかいローストビーフも5枚ほど添えられていて
量は多くないですがとても満足感のある一品でした！
最後のデザートはお洒落な名前のこちら♂️
「木々の香りのジェラートとヨモギのシュトロイゼル」
ジェラートはミルクのようなさっぱりした感じで
緑色のクランブルのようなヨモギのシュトロイゼルは
甘くてザクザクしていて食感のコントラストが良き！
ジェラートの下のクレームショコラは
口あたりなめらかで優しい甘さで自分好みでした☺️
抹茶のオパリーヌは飴とサブレの中間のような
パリパリ食感で単体でも食べられる甘さ✨
いちばん下に添えられた透明なカボスジュレは
柑橘の苦味が効いていてさっぱりで美味でした
ひとつのデザートでこんなに色々な
味と食感が楽しめるのってなんか良いかも
写真を撮り忘れましたが、コースには他に
お代わりのできるフォカッチャもついていました
直前にカリッと焼いて提供してくれるので
表面のサクサク感と中のふわふわ感が両方味わえて
迷わずお代わりをしてしまいました✨
オリーブオイルと岩塩で食べるのも美味でした◎
コースランチは頻繁には食べられないですが
カフェ利用で食べられるであろうショーケースの
ケーキもお洒落で美味しそうだったので
次はカフェ利用で伺いたいです！
