田町に昨年できた焼肉屋さん。ぱんがさんは美味しいので、友人と予約して行ってみました。
今回は出窓風の個室♪外を見ながら焼けるんです。
カップルにはおすすめな個室。
コートを2枚分納めるトビラ付きのコートかけ、傘立ても完備。
先日はカウンターの狭いガヤガヤホルモン焼に行ったばかりで、静かにゆっくり食べれる幸せ。
極みコース7150円（税込）に。
まずは、珍しい、フルーツインハードシードル 650円を。
シードルに季節の果物を入れたドリンク。今日は苺。一粒と刻んだ苺の両方が入り、シードルのクセがなくなりすごく飲みやすい！
ビタミンも取れてる気がする(^o^)
すっごく盛りの良い前菜が登場。
・小松菜、もやし、カクテキ、キムチ。
お代わりが一回できるそう。
・契約農家から直送のお野菜、サンチュ。
パプリカやトマト、彩りキレイ。
付け合わせに、ネギ塩特製サンチュ味噌。
ニンニクもつき、ホイルのオイル入りで、ゆっくり揚げてから。
タレは、レモンたれ、ポン酢たれ、自家製の甘みのあるたれの3種に、塩胡椒、ワサビ。
まずは、
・和牛握り
薄めのお肉で食べやすく、でもしっかり旨い。
・ウニのせ肉軍艦
中にはごはんが少々。あとは肉とウニ、というスゴさ。
・厚切盛り合わせ4種
厚切りタン塩、ランプ、カイノミ、厚切りハラミ
サシの入り方がすごいお肉たち。
サンチュに巻いて。
・希少部位2種
トモ三角、ミスジ
さっと炙って。旨いです！
・ホルモン2種
上ミノ、極みホルモン
よく焼いて、という指示のもと、返しながら。
ホルモンがジューシー！
・赤身部位3種
ランプ、シンシン、イチボ
これは秒で炙り、卵をつけて。間違いない旨さ。
・しめは１人１品を選択で、冷麺とビビン麺を。
細めでもしなやかな麺。辛すぎないビビン麺は美味い！
温かいコーン茶で終了。
満足なコースでした。
また来たいお店です。
