A5ランクの黒毛和牛をいただけるお店。
ゆっくり、美味しいお肉を堪能したくて友人と利用しました。
利用したのは９階のカウンター席。
店内はシックな雰囲気で落ち着きます。
同ビルの5階には個室もあるようで、デートやご家族、接待にはもってこいですね。
コースも魅力的でしたがお腹の調子に合わせて好きなものをアラカルトで。

店員さんが目の前で一口サイズにカットしたら豪華キムチの出現。
エビ、ホタテ、カクテキをサンチュで包んでいるようです。
エビとホタテの甘さとキムチの辛さがマッチしていて最高のおつまみ。ビールと合うこと間違いなし
■たたみネギタン塩
これは絶品です。
いい感じに店員さんが焼いてくれます。
口の中で甘いネギが溶けて、タンの旨味が残る感じがホント最高すぎる
■おすすめ希少部位5種盛り
５種類が２枚ずつの盛り合わせ。
どれも最高に美味しくて、個性がそれぞれあって、比べるのが楽しい
*上ロース ：赤身と脂のバランスが素晴らしい。
＊ミスジ ：良質な脂が乗っていて、とっても柔らかい。
＊カメノコ ：やさしい甘さと肉の旨みを感じられて美味
＊イチボ ：口にいれるとととける、幸せ食感。
＊トモ三角 ：こちらもバランスが最高のお肉

グラスが大きくてびっくり。
たくさん入っていてうれしい。
これで550円とは・・かなりお得です。

新鮮で良質なレバーでとっても美味
レバーが苦手だったのですが、ここのレバーはとっても美味しい。
♦明江四川白酒ハイボール
お初にお目にかかるお酒です。
フルーティな香りでキリっとしているハイボールでした。
●マッシュルーム焼き
マッシュルーム 好き。
お肉でお腹が満たされたあと、ちょうど良いおつまみ。
●ヤングコーン
お腹いっぱいでも永遠に食べれそう。
良質なヤングコーン、いいですね。

40代になって、牛肉をたくさん食べれなくなってきたので
良質な美味しいお肉を少量、お酒と一緒にいろんな種類をいただくのが幸せ。
クオリティーが高いのに、価格が良心的なのもステキです。
