やんばる豚の肉巻き串や沖縄ならではの食材、お料理、豊富な泡盛が揃う沖縄料理専門店です。
場所はJR田町駅三田口(西口)より徒歩6分。都営三田線及び浅草線三田駅A7,8出口より徒歩4〜5分。
西口からロータリー向かって右側から第一京浜国道をコンビニ側に渡り直進し、慶應仲通り商店街を通り左にカーブした最初の通りを右折。
そのまま直進し商店街が抜ける頃十字路左手に新しい飲食店の集合ビル「GEMS田町」地下1階にあります。
お通しはキャベツの胡麻塩だれ。
お代わりできます。
まずはハイビスカス泡ボールで乾杯。
少し酸味が入ってすっきり。

青パパイヤのサラダ
レタスの上に青パパイヤや人参の千切りがのっています。
やんばる豚の肉巻き串
ゴーヤチーズ串、島豆腐串、レタス串、おくら串、しそ梅串、沖縄焼きそば串、ポーク&うずらの玉子
沖縄には何回も訪れていますが、やんばる豚は初めて食べるかも。
この中なら特に沖縄感がある串を紹介。
ゴーヤチーズ串
ゴーヤの苦味が抑えられています。チーズとやんばる豚が入る事でゴーヤの苦味が緩和されるのかな。
沖縄焼きそば串
大きめの花かつおがのっており、焼きそばとお好み焼きが合体したような味付け。
島豆腐串
島豆腐にやんばる豚が巻いてありまります。
一般的なお豆腐より硬い沖縄の島豆腐だからこそ串に出来るんだろうなぁ。
ポーク&うずら串
唯一肉巻きではない串。
ポークはランチョンミート。スパム
レタス串
やんばる豚の肉や脂の味がより実感できます。
オクラのキムチソースはおくらのぬめりとキムチソースが混ざり合いやんばる豚が馴染みます。
菊の露 泡盛を水割りで
泡盛のおすすめを伺ったらお店の方が一時期住んでいた島のお酒をお勧めされました。
飲みやすい。
軟骨ソーキそば
大きな軟骨がついた豚肉は程よい甘辛。
出汁は少し塩味をプラスしたあり、上に紅生姜がのっています。
店内は沖縄出身者の音楽が流れ、甕に入った泡盛や一升瓶が並んでいます。
まだまだ食べたい沖縄料理があるのでまた来なくては。
