田町・三田駅近くの商店街に、居酒屋さんやレストランは数多いのでよく行きますが、
このお店は、細い路地を入った奥にあるので
知る人ぞ知る 隠れ家的なお店です。
1階のカウンター席でおデートで使わせていただきました。
カウンター越しに並んだ日本酒の中に
焼き鶏のために作られた京都府の94というお酒を発見。
このお酒と焼き鳥のマリアージュをするぞと決意し
まずは
ハイボールで乾杯。
お通しのきんぴらごぼうが美味しく
お料理のレベルの高さに期待が持てます。
メニューを見ると、
リーズナブルなものが多いのが驚きです。
こちらのお店の名物料理をつまみに
たくさんいただきました。
★自家製タルタルソース唐揚げ 1個199円～
唐揚げがアツアツで、ジューシー。
しかもタルタルソースが、玉ねぎのシャキシャキと
ピクルスの酸味が私好み!!
★本田商店のチキン煮込み 699円
チキンが骨ごとしっくり煮込まれていて
お箸でポロリと身がはなれるほど柔らかいです。
デミグラスソースのお味にも近く
コクがあって美味しいです。
バケットと一緒にいただきました。
メインの焼き鳥へ♪
★白レバー 199円
絶品!!
このお店の人気串なのも納得です。
一番美味しい状態で持ってきてくれるので
火が回らりきらないうちに。
楽しみにしていた日本酒94と
マリアージュ！
しっかりしたお味で、パンチあり。
焼き鳥の味も引き立つし
日本酒だけでも存在感あるし。
