美味しいが油が多い
カルダモンと月桂樹の葉っぱがガッツリ効いた、パンチ力ある南インドカレー。
スパイス使いは、超好み。
炭焼きチキンカレーは、炭火の風味が程よく入っており、香ばしくて美味い！日替わりのココナッツトマトカレーは、今日は大好物の牡蠣。ただ、2個しか入ってなかった。もうちょっと入れてね。味は抜群！牡蠣のダシが効いていた。
ただ、かなり油が多いので、全部食べないうちに満腹になり、後半は大食い選手権で手が止まった人みたいになってしまう。美味いのだが、小食の小生にはキツい。
副菜のキャベツ、ポテトサラダやスープにも、それぞれ違うスパイスが散りばめられており、どれも美味しい。

若いマンゴーのカレー、素晴らしく美味かった！マンゴーの自然の酸味が強いのだが、スパイスの複雑味と相まって、一次元上の味。ケララ州だっけ？土着の味わいは素晴らしい！鱧はもうちょっと骨切りをちゃんとして欲しかったが。
