今回は田町駅直結のmsb施設の中にある牛たん料理専門の居酒屋に行ってきました！
こちらのお店はとにかく牛たん尽くし！
シンプルな塩焼き、味噌焼きをはじめ、串焼き、ユッケ、煮込み、茹で、おばんざいなど様々なスタイルで牛たんを堪能できるお店です。
訪問したのは祝日の前日の夜ということもあり店内は満席で大盛況！田町はビジネス街ということもあり、客層は仕事終わりのサラリーマンが多数の印象。
メニューはコースからアラカルトまで。
今回は色んな牛たん料理を堪能したく、上記メニューをアラカルトで注文しました！
特に頼んで良かった料理、美味しかった料理をご紹介していきます！
・牛たん煮込み
まず僕の一押しがこちらの煮込み！牛たんが驚くほど柔らかくなるまで煮込まれた一品で、口の中でとろけちゃいます。甘辛いタレの味付けが美味しすぎるのと、680円で量がしっかりあるのでコスパ良くシェアするのもおすすめです！
・月見つくね
一つが大きくてボリューム満点のつくね。
たんで作られたつくねだからこそ弾力があり、食べ応えがありました。大葉のアクセントも良かったです。
・3種食べ比べ
牛たんの塩焼き、秘伝のタレ焼き、茹でたんを一度に楽しめる牛タン好きにはたまらない一皿。
まず牛たんはやっぱ塩でしょ！って思わせる塩焼きはシンプルに厚みと弾力があって美味しい！
タレ焼きは甘辛い味付けで、牛たんにタレって合うんだって新たな発見ができました。
茹でたんは極厚でホロホロと崩れるほど柔らかい。優しい味付けでこれまた好きな味でした。
・特選たん
たんの部位の中でも特に希少なたん元を使用した特選たんの塩焼き。筋肉部分が少なくてびっくりするぐらい柔らかくてジューシーで、正直1番美味しすぎました！一切れ630円と値は張りますが、絶対食べて欲しい一品です。
・牛たん釜飯のひつまぶし
牛たんとしいたけ、ごぼう、にんじんなどが炊き込まれた釜飯を牛テールスープでひつまぶしとして食べる一品。釜飯としてそのまま食べるのはもちろん、牛テールスープをかけて食べるひつまぶしは牛の旨み凝縮されて美味しいので〆にもってこいです！
その他料理どれも一品一品見た目から味までこだわりが見えて美味しいものばかりでした。
総じて、色んな牛たん料理が楽しめて、駅直結でアクセスの良さも完璧なので、ぜひ田町で食事処や飲み屋をお探しの方にはお勧めしたいお店です！
