土曜日、ランチで訪問です。( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
田町エリアにいるときに、牛たんが食べたくなり、駅近の商業施設「ムスブ田町」Ｎタワーの一階にある「たん之助」さんへ。東京都内に5店舗、横浜に1店舗ある、関東の牛たんのお店です。
牛たん定食はもちろん、居酒屋としても利用できるお店で、牛たん以外のメニューもあります。
わたしはランチ用に普通の「牛たん定食」を注文。
秘伝ダレのたん切り落としです。6枚、8枚、10枚から枚数が選べます。麦飯、テールスープ、山芋とろろ付き。6枚にしました。
注文して10分ほどで提供されます。
たん切り落としなので、少し固めで、ぎりぎり噛み切れるくらいの柔らかさ。切り落としではない、たん塩を注文すれば良かったと後悔。( ；´Д｀)
秘伝ダレは麦飯が進む味で、麦飯おかわり。（無料）
テールスープは他店とは異なり、つくねみたいなのが入っていてこれも良かったです。
山芋とろろはそのまま食べても良しなお味。
一人でも入りやすく、店員さんの接客も丁寧、良い感じに空いているのでゆっくりできます。
