いつまで続く、緊急事態宣言に伴う飲食店への酒類提供禁止令。
コロナ禍でも「換気」が行き届いているという理由で比較的ダメージが少ないという焼肉店。
それでも焼肉は夜に大人数で酒飲みながらワイガヤ食すジャンルだと思うので、仲間と夕食時に19時ラストオーダーかつ酒提供無しが分かってての訪問は考え難い。
、、という事で、このご時世に焼肉が食べたくなったら通常勤務合間のお一人様ランチタイムに限る。

「溶岩炭火焼肉」、、え？溶岩なの？炭火なの？という疑問も湧きながらの訪問。
慶應大学の目の前にあり店内オシャレです。
入店時の検温も手指消毒もバッチリ。
女性の店員さんがハンパなく感じが良くホスピタリティ抜群。
ランチメニューの中から注文。
"ロース＆ハラミ ランチ" 1540円
ドリンク付きということで、ウーロン茶を。
ご飯とスープはお代わり自由とのこと。
眼の前の無煙ロースターには溶岩砂利。へぇ、コレが流行りか。木炭は見当たりませんね。高級店にある黒い首掛け式のエプロンで気分がアガる。
ほとんど待たずにランチ用の焼肉箱が到着。
ロースもハラミも思いの外ボリュームありそう。
サラダのドレッシング美味し。ナムルもキムチも程よく美味し。
タレは2種。ニンニク強めとニンニク無し。
コレが深くて甘旨い。仕事中なのでニン強タレは控えめに接種。ロースとハラミの赤身肉に良く合うタレ、納得です。
これは良い店を発見。
宣言明けには同僚を伴いリピート訪問したい店です。
