揚げ物好きにどストライク
先輩との定例ランチ、今回は新規でトライと、こちらへ入店。駅周りの方がお店が多いからね。
結果、混むから並びがあるけど、リピートしたくなる、良店に出逢えて良かった。
オーダーは、ロースカツとチーズメンチのコンビネーションセット。揚げ物は好きだし、豚カツもメンチも両方ともいただきたい、欲張りだからね。
先ずは、キャベツの千切りセットが、ドンんと置かれてスタートです。目の前に並んだドレッシングが美味しいから、キャベツが一品料理になるし、これだけでお腹が一杯になりそうだ。
肝心の揚げ物ブラザース、暫し待っていただけば、豚カツの脂が甘くて美味しい。若干スジっぽい部位を感じたのは残念賞だけど、全体的には柔らかい肉質で、分厚く食べ応えがあるのは嬉しいですね。
チーズメンチも期待通りで、もし用意されていれば、メンチだけでオーダーもありだなぁ。
あとは交互にいただけば、程なく完食御礼で、オジさんは満腹です。
ごっちゃんでした。当日、椅子の下に置いた忘れ物、気がついて電話した時の応対も良く、これも好印象でした。

イベント訪問後のランチ、一緒だった先輩の都合が良い田町周辺へ移動し、実績のあるこちらへ入店。週末でも開いてるからね。
結果、前回同様に、大変旨い揚げモンを堪能させてもらった。
オーダーは、ヒレカツｘエビフライｘささみのフライ定食に、チーズメンチを追加。色んなモノを食べたくての贅沢なチョイス。
こちらのお約束、食べ放題のキャベツ千切りは、食べ過ぎるとお腹が膨れてしまうので程々が良さげだけど、美味しいドレッシングがあるから、自制心が必要だ。
暫し待って揚げモンが供されれば、ウヒョー、期待通り茶色の塊が並んでいる。まず一口目はチーズメンチを。甘い挽き肉とチーズの相性が極上ですなぁ。
続いて大きさも十分なエビフライ、添えられたタルタルソースをたっぷり付けて臨めば、プリっとした食感とソースに絡んだ味が堪りません。ささみとヒレカツも秀逸で、隙のないバリエーションに大満足。
ごっちゃんでした。またお邪魔したいけど、意外と週末は混まないから、正解かもね。
