初訪問です。食したのは、特製つけ麺1,280円、麺大盛150円です。麺はそれほど多くないので大盛りで正解でした。スープは濃厚で魚介が口いっぱいに広がります。味は濃くないので食べやすいです。麺は太ストレートで加水高めツルモチの食感。
具はチャーシュー、海苔、メンマ、味玉。チャーシューは濃いめの味付け。味玉は甘め。最後にスープ割ですが、お店のお勧めでは元のスープと割スープは1:1とのこと。お勧めの割合でいただいたのですがスープの味が薄いのか？薄く感じました。
