かなり久々に、太打ちの十割蕎麦があった。

特別に、豚バラとネギとミツバのつけ汁を作ってもらい、舞茸の天ぷらも追加した。

〆は、いつもかなり濃い蕎麦湯を作ってくれるし、冷たい蕎麦茶も美味い、

コスパ良しと人気のセットをオーダーしてみた。

蕎麦好きなので、いつもは、ご飯ものよりガッツリ蕎麦を食べるんだけど、ランチにオイラの好きな十割蕎麦も、太打ちの田舎蕎麦もなくなったので、ミニ天丼とおろし蕎麦のセットを食べてみた。

〆の蕎麦湯はいつものように濃くしてくれたし、海老と野菜のミニ天丼も美味いわ(笑)。

こんかは、香箱蟹の季節なので、香箱蟹の卵とじのつけ汁で、青刈り十割蕎麦にしたけど、蕎麦は青刈りの香りが好きなので何もつけずに食べた(笑)。
