今日はまさに10月19日にopenした
和食屋さんをご紹介したいと思います☆
田町にある「田町 和食 ふくじゅ」
さんにお邪魔します。
こちらでは銀座で人気の鮨ふくじゃさんの
姉妹店で、カウンターでは従来通りお寿司を
個室で和食を食べられるということで来店しました。

頂きます。
特上なのにこのお値段は素晴らしいですね(^ ^)
コスパ高いのかな？？

とりあえずナマ。

市場だと結構イイ値段するんですよ❣️
★前菜
海老、もずく、煮凝り、わかめと酒のアテに
ピッタリですね☆これは良き♪
★刺身
鰆の刺身です。脂もあり今や旬の魚ですね♪♪
良き良き(´∀｀=)。
★小丼
イクラと毛蟹。赤酢のシャリとも相性はgood
★煮付
サンマの甘露煮
★茶碗蒸し
優しい作りの茶碗蒸しですね☆
大抵、密度が詰まってるんですが、こちらは
プリンッとした食感タイプ。

鮭の焼き物
★手ごね寿司
説明がなかったけど、、タイ？ヒラメ？かな。
横の海苔で包んで食べるそうです(*^ω^*)。
海苔の風味が魚とシャリといい感じですね☆
