田町にある和食ふくじゅさん。
銀座、赤坂、渋谷、田町などに展開されています。
田町駅から徒歩2分ほど、ホルモンまさるなどがある飲食エリアと気持ち外れた落ち着いたオフィスビルの地下にあります。
入口の看板を頼りに地下へ入りますが、一瞬ここであってるかな？な隠れ家的な印象があります。
2022年10月オープンということもあり、清潔感のある落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です
店内はカウンターとオフィスが多いという地域柄
個室が多く配置されています。
カウンターには博識な職人さん。
11/1が寿司の日になったのは、魚の脂が乗ってきて、良い時期というのもあるが、鮓を広めた華屋与兵衛さんの結婚記念日だからだとか
初代久兵衛は素晴らしい方で〜
鮓、寿司、鮨、すしとは時代と共に変動してきた〜
などなど、さまざまなエピソードをお伺いできます。

赤酢のシャリはネタを引き立たせる程よい柔らかと酸味
握りと一緒にガリ代わりで
香の物を先に出してくれたのは嬉しい
最後のお酒は
日本の翼 氷温熟成純米大吟醸
精米歩合20%と35%の純米大吟醸酒をブレンドしを氷温熟成したブレンド酒
赤出し
チョイ濃いめの味付け。良い赤味噌使ってると思うので勿体無い。
甘味はメレンゲを寒天で固めもの
フランボワーズソース、このソースがちゃんと美味しい笑
