I made a reservation before 7pm on a holiday and visited for two people. It's probably the site of a bar that used to serve delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) for lunch. It's on B1 of the building, so it's a bit of a hideaway, but it's a beautiful shop. And it looks like Japanese-style meal and a sushi restaurant are living together. The sushi restaurant has a counter, and Japanese-style meal seems to have all seats in private rooms. It feels very private. The sashimi is also delicious. The small bowl of sea urchin and salmon roe was wrapped in seaweed and eaten like a hand roll, and it was quite delicious with the sweetness and umami of the salmon roe and sea urchin. The seaweed also had a great flavor and was a masterpiece. The sushi is made with red vinegar rice, and the seasoning and seasoning are well done, as you would expect from a sushi restaurant. I was especially surprised to have pickled vegetables with mustard, but the combination was similar to meat and mustard and went well with alcohol.
