サラッとしたスープ状のカレーは、和出汁とスパイスが融合したもので、旨みがありながら軽いのでスイスイ頂けて美味しいです。
トッピングのチキンはゴロッとした大きめの鶏もも肉が2つ。
味がしっかり入っています。
ポテトサラダ、キャロットラペ、玉ねぎのアチャールなど副菜はさっぱり酸味が効いた味付けでカレーを引き立てます。
追加したスパイス半熟たまごは、黄身が流れ出す半熟ぶりでしたが、スパイスの風味はそこまでなく普通の半熟たまごという感じ。
もう少し染みているといいかな。
ごはんは標準で200g、少なめ、多め300gまで追加料金なし。
お米は新潟県産のこしいぶきという品種を使用していて、ハリのある粒感が特徴のお米とのこと。
これに麦などが混ざった雑穀米になっています。
