この店は、三田の札の辻交差点近くにあるカレー屋で、スパイスカレーを和風だしでアレンジした「東京だしカレー」を売りにしている。
この日の夜に初めて利用してみた。
平日の19時頃に店に着くと、店内には先客は1人のみだった。
メニューは次の3種類。
①アンダーソンチキンカレー（定番）
②台湾キーマカレー（今月のキーマカレー）
③桜海老とあおさ海苔のカレー（季節の気まぐれカレー）
これらを単品だけでなく、二種あいがけ、三種あいがけにすることも出来る。
評判の良いアンダーソンチキンは外せないとして、もう1種類も試してみたかったので、二種あいがけカレー（1,400円）で、①と②を注文した。
また、ライスの量が選べるので大盛り（300g、追加料金なし）を、それに薦められるままにスパイス半熟たまご（150円）を注文した。
程なく配膳された二種あいがけカレーは、台湾キーマカレーとシャバシャバのアンダーソンチキンカレーが盛られ、こんもりと盛り上がったライスの周りには、週替わりの6種類の副菜が配置されていた。
さぁ、食べてみよう。
アンダーソンチキンカレーは、鶏ガラスープと和風出汁をベースに、店主の出身地の愛知県の名産品の八丁味噌とスパイスを合わせたもの。
出汁の風味に、スパイスの豊かな香り、八丁味噌のコク等が合わさり、複雑な味わいで実に旨い。
台湾キーマカレーは、名古屋名物の台湾ラーメン風のキーマカレーで、辛味が強めでちょっとジャンキーな味わい。
悪くはないけど、桜海老とあおさ海苔のカレーにしておいた方が良かったかな。
ライスは、新潟県産「こしいぶき」に麦、あわ、きび等を加えた雑穀米で、プチプチした食感が面白く、カレーとの相性も良い。
この日の副菜は、ポテサラ、トマトのマリネ、人参のマリネ等で、ポテサラとトマトのマリネは意表を突かれたが、どちらもカレーの箸休めとしてなかなか優秀だった。
完食後の感想は、期待以上に美味しかったな、と。
特にアンダーソンチキンカレーが良かった。
次に行くときも必ず頼むようにしよう。
三田にはゼロワンカレーもあって、あの店のカレーも大好きなので、三田で電車を降りた後はどちらの店に行こうか非常に迷いそう。
