平日の11:30頃に1人で訪問です。
オープンスペースに面しているカウンター席以外に、奥にテーブル席や、半個室になりそうなボックス席もあり、席数はかなり多そうでした。
頂いたのは、
・コンボハンバーグ&カットステーキ
先にセットのサラダとスープがサーブされました。スープは鰹出汁っぽかったですw
そしてサラダを食べ終わるころに、アツアツ鉄板でハンバーグとカットステーキが運ばれてきました。
ハンバーグは外側こんがりですが、中は結構レアです。香ばしさがありつつ、ものすごく柔らかくてしっとり。甘みのある淡路島産の玉ねぎを使ったオニオンソースをかけて頂くと、ある意味スイーツかよｗ
カットステーキは比較的薄切りなので火は入っていますが、十分柔らかくジューシーで、ガーリックソースで食べるとガッツリ旨い。
ホールスタッフさんの説明がしっかりしていて、ランチですが焼き加減も対応してくれ、とても安心感あり。ちょっと高めですが、満足感の高いランチでした。
