グランドオープン3日目に訪問しましたが
店内はなかなかの盛況っぷり
メニューを眺めると
居酒屋の定番メニューから
焼肉店でもあまり出ない"コブクロ刺し"
地方の郷土料理"大分りゅうきゅう"
など個性的なメニューが多く面白い
美味しかったメニューを何品かご紹介
▪︎肉刺し3種（砂肝、もも、むね）
鳥刺しはかなり鮮度に自信がないと出せない商品
◎のオススメマークが付いていたので
強い仕入れルートをお持ちなのだと思います
「30分以内にお召し上がりください」と添えられた一言からも鮮度へのこだわりが伝わってきました
砂肝の刺身は珍しく食感が気に入りした
▪︎やみつきワカメの唐揚げ
"もずく"はたまに見かけますがワカメは珍しく
パリッとした食感にほんのりと海の香り
七味マヨネーズをつけると確かにクセになる
▪︎センパネ特製ポテトサラダヒルズ
背の高いポテトサラダ
ごろっとした食感に塩辛が入って
ポテトと塩気がいい具合にに合わさっていました
スタッフの方は若い方ばかりですが
みなさん感じ良くついつい長居をしてしまいました
創作から郷土料理たで幅広く楽しめるお店です
