この日は仕事で白金高輪へ
乗り換えで田町を使うのですが
そこで友人と待ち合わせて軽く飲んでいくことに
少々遅い時間でしたが
開いているお店も多く
空いていそうでしたのでコチラへ
奥が広く綺麗でいい感じの居酒屋ですね
入店したのは21時くらい
その頃は結構空席多かったのですが
少し経つと
2軒目利用なのか
続々と客が来ておりました
すごいね
お酒はいわゆるの居酒屋メニュー
生ビールはスーパードライ
フライドポテトは見た目は普通だけど
トリュフ塩掛けてあるので
ちょっと違う風味
おつまみにピッタリだ
遅い時間に店に居るのも久しぶりですな
ということで話にも花が咲く
お漬け物盛り合わせや
コブクロ刺し
を少しずつ食べながら
焼酎のソーダ割りとかも飲んでみる
鍛高譚とか久しぶりだけど
確かに紫蘇の風味がするよ
お漬け物盛り合わせには
いぶりがっこも入っており
ちょっとお得な感じだ
店長さんと思わしき人物が
見事な動きで来客をさばいていく
自分たち以降30人くらいの来客があったのだけどスムーズにこなして
料理も酒もあまり待たせないのだ
生ピーマンの生肉詰め
パリパリのピーマンに
ユッケを詰めてあるのだけど
コレはアイデア賞
シェアしづらいので
是非一人一つ頼むべきだよね
ボリュームもあるし
酒の肴にもご飯のおかずにも良いし美味しい
唐揚げは衣がザクザクしていて
好みのタイプ
割と店によって色々特色あるからね
大根の唐揚げは出汁が含まれていて
ジュワッと
そのままでも良いし
チーズソース？かな
これも良かった
トウモロコシ揚げは
塩気が利いているので
これは再びビールを頼まないといけないやつ
〆は
鶏のラーメンと
連れは新潟のっぺ蕎麦
量もほどよくてちょうど良い美味しさ
のっぺとかいうマイナーな新潟の郷土料理を
蕎麦にして〆にも出来るのは良いよね
他にも地方の郷土料理が幾つかあり
これも店のコンセプトなのか
また遅い時間に通る時は寄ってみようかな
