田町駅から徒歩すぐの好立地にある居酒屋「串治郎」で、新鮮な食材を堪能してきました。全席個室というプライベートな空間で、ゆっくりとお料理を楽しめるのが魅力です。分煙ですが、2階の個室で食べた時にはタバコの臭いは全くしませんでした。
まずいただいたのは、桜ユッケです。桜色の馬肉は柔らかく、甘みのある味わいが口いっぱいに広がります。続いて、馬赤味刺しをいただきました。鮮やかな赤身は、弾力のある歯ごたえと旨味が格別です。牛タン刺身は、新鮮な牛タンが味わえます。歯ごたえはしっかりとしています。
サーモンアボカドは、サーモンの脂とアボカドのクリーミーさに、マヨネーズをさらにプラスした絶妙な組み合わせです。マグロユッケは、新鮮なマグロの旨味がしっかりと感じられます。魚介類も美味しいところが嬉しいです。
卵焼きは、ふんわりとした食感と優しい甘みが魅力です。
デザートには、ミルクレープをいただきました。ミルキーなクリームとサクサクのクレープ生地が層になっていて、見た目も華やかです。
