この日は久しぶりのメンバー、初めましての方とアフタヌーンティー。
予約をしてくださったMさんはこちらのチャイナシャドーのシェフの味に惚れ込んでいるそうで、楽しみでした！
こちらのホテルはラウンジしか利用した事がなく、広東料理をベースに、モダンなポーションの数々を堪能！！
前菜、ディムサム（飲茶）6品、海鮮メイン、中華そば、
チャイニーズスイーツ4品も愉しめる大満足のランチセットは、
シャンパーニュフリーフロー付きのプランをセレクト。
ソフトドリンクのコースと¥2000しか変わらないから、スパークリングかな？と思いきや、
シャンパーニュでした！！
一口目、思わず 『美味しい〜こっちにして良かったワ』 と言ってしまったほど。
野菜の湯葉包み蒸しクリスタルソース茶碗蒸しのように二層になっています。優しいお味。
そして、シェフの気遣いでメニューにない一皿が！！
焼豚がコーヒーの香り付けをしてあったり・・・と、大感激。
アフターの鼻から抜けるコーヒーの香り。最高。

美しい&イカの歯応えと大葉の香りが最高！！
野菜たっぷりの餃子も美味しかった。

自家製豆板醤は爽やかな辛さ！

活け蝦夷鮑の鳴門金時ソース煮
クリームと鮑、こちらも優しいお味。

濃厚なスープのおかげで夜もお腹が空かず…。

甘いのが得意でないので、この量がちょうど良い。

二時間制なのに、長居…申し訳ない。

この天井の高さがお気に入り。
羽田空港が近いせいか、飛行機も近いですね。
