品川駅港南口のストリングスホテル併設のレストラン チャイナシャドーでランチをいただきました。
頂いたのはコース料理「西貢（サイコウ）」です。

- 活け蝦夷鮑と若芽豆腐のステーキ レモングラス風味

- チャイナシャドー特製杏仁豆腐
どれも手が込んでいて、優しいお味付で、とても美味しくいただきました。
個人的には、ソフトシェルシュリンプのスパイスソルトがとても美味しかったのと、活け蝦夷鮑と若芽豆腐のステーキが、身も柔らかくシンプルな味付けで、普段食べるアワビステーキとはまた違い、とても美味しく頂戴しました。（若芽豆腐というのも、珍しいですよね...写真蝦夷鮑の下にある、白い四角のもの若芽が混ざっております）
また山クラゲ入りチャーハンというのも、これまたチャーハンの具としては珍しく、山クラゲがこりこりして、美味しかったです。（写真だと分かりづらいですが、チャーハン内の緑の物）
