トーストが食べたくなって
ディーン&デルーカさんのモーニングへ。
トーストが食べたいのだから、勿論トーストセット。トーストとコーヒー。というシンプルな構成。トーストの焼きは甘めでフワフワ感を強調。ミックス蜜柑だというジャムは、苺に柑橘のミックスなのかストロベリージャムっぽい。
コーヒーはやや酸味が強いブレンド。
ディーン&デルーカでほぼワンコインなので、これで十分とも言えるシンプル朝食だが、場所代雰囲気代の感は否めない。カウンタースツールは座面の小さなカフェタイプでカウンターに対しても高すぎるように思う。余り長居をさせない工夫だろか？ 朝日が眩しい程当たるので、日に当たって目を覚ましたい向きにはオススメ。

すぃーっとディーン&デルーカさんに吸い込まれました。両端が丸いバゲット。リンゴ…？ リンゴ系の酵母でもお使いか？ そして、かなり良い色のクロワッサンと、クルミゴルゴンゾーラという魅惑的なお名前の方も。
自宅に帰って、早速切ってみて「あら、そゆことぉ！」 中にリンゴのフィリングが入ってました。がわはきっちりバゲットですが、いやぁ予想外の変化球。全部軽くリベイクして。ふつふつするクルミゴルゴンゾーラが強めゴルゴンゾーラで美味しい。クロワッサンは、とても軽いです。
