品川プリンスホテルの4階で、チャイニーズアフタヌーンティーをいただきました。
チャイニーズアフタヌーンティーは初めていただきましたが、点心の見た目も綺麗ですね。
バリエーションも豊富、温かい又焼パイ、海老焼売や春巻など。さらにフカヒレや鮑など高級な食材を使用した前菜も。
どれも美味しく、ボリュームがかなりありますね。

ちなみに私のお気に入りは、ハリネズミ型の揚げ点心。
見た目はもちろん、カリカリ香ばしい外皮、
中身は優しい甘さのクリームあん。
味も美味しくて大満足でした。
また最後の中華式パフェ 炭酸仕立ても絶品。
下のマンゴープリンと炭酸の相性も意外と抜群で、グラス中の氷画は実はゼリーで、食感も面白かったです。
スタッフのサービスも非常に丁寧で、幸せな午後を過ごしました。
