少し前になりますが
品川にある東京食肉市場で
「東京食肉市場まつり2023」が行われました。
その際、市場内にある食堂で食事をしました。
「一休食堂」
通常は土曜日曜はお休みですが
おまつりということで営業されていました。
メニューを絞っていて、
提供方法（食器とかが使い捨てになっているようです）は
通常と異なっているようですが
なかなか訪問できないので
こうやって営業していただけて楽しめますね
この日のメニューはこちら
「煮込み定食」1000円
味噌仕立てのモツ煮込み
トロトロ、ホワホワのモツが煮込まれています。
味付けはそんなに強くなくて、味噌の風味がしっかりしていました。
醤油ベースの牛スジ煮込み
醤油ベースで甘めの煮込みになっています。
お肉部分はホロッと柔らかく
スジ部分もムッチリと柔らかく煮込まれています。
「和牛メンチ・コロッケ定食」1000円
和牛メンチ・コロッケ
揚げたてアツアツの和牛を使ったメンチとコロッケ
メンチは和牛の旨みがギュッとしていて
ジューシー感と旨みが広がります。
コロッケはお芋の甘みの中に牛肉の旨みがあって美味しいです。
市場まつりに訪れるようになってから10年以上経つのですが
今回初めて利用させていただきました
お祭りで忙しいと思うのですが、店員さんの対応もよくて
かなりザワザワしていましたが、食事を楽しむことができました。
なかなか通常時は訪問できませんが
いつか通常営業の時にも訪れてみたくなりました
