一休食堂は東京食肉市場の敷地内にある食堂。正門を入ってすぐ左手にあります。
はじめてだったので、定番の煮込み定食をセレクト。国産和牛のホホ肉の煮込みは、口の中に入れた瞬間に肉がほぐれます。蒟蒻にも味が染み渡っていて美味しい。
煮込み汁は同じく国産和牛のモツ入り。臭みゼロ。モツはコリコリで弾力があるイメージだけど、こちらのモツはプルプル。
こちらの煮込み定食は海苔と生卵がついてくるので、箸が最後まで止まりません。
