北千住、月島、森下と、東京には三代煮込みがあるけれど、私はこの店を加えて四天王と呼びたい。
脂ギッシュなモツが好みの人には、ドストライクな、モツ煮込み。さすが、東京食肉卸市場内に店を構えるだけあり、鮮度抜群、臭み一切無し、脂が甘い。
牛ほほ肉煮込みも、柔らかな煮込み具合で箸で切れて口の中でホロり。
定食屋なのに1,000円は高いと言う声もある様だが、このクオリティとモツ煮を作る手間を考えると、全く高くない。
あー、次回は生ビールとモツ煮で至福の時間を過ごしたい。
