20代の頃には「会社員なんかにならないで自由に生きていくんだ」と嘯いていたものですが気づいたら組織の歯車として生きております。

上司から言われたことをメンバーに納得の上で伝えられるものであれば良いのですが、意に反することを上の人に示すためにメンバーをつき合わせるのは申し訳ない気もします。

お坊さんなのに法要よりも抱擁や接吻が好きで権力者に反発する、とんち話が有名な人と言えばこの人でしたね。

と言うわけで本日の朝食は #一休食堂 です。朝から品川で打合せがあり、以前から気になっていた #食肉市場 にあるこちらへやって来ました。

市場で働くプロたちに混じって「当店人気No. 1看板メニュー」と書かれた #煮込み定食 を頼みました。朝だからか周いの人はハムエッグやラーメンを食べる人がチラホラ。

5分程で注文がやって来ました。アルミニウム製のおぼんに乗った食器類が小中学校の時代に食べた給食を思わせます。煮込みは2種類あるようです。

まずは醤油ベースの方を頂きます。柔らかく煮込まれていて口に入れた瞬間にほろほろと崩れるのはたまらない食感です。一緒に食べるこんにゃくの弾力との対比もいい。

続いての味噌仕立ての #ホルモン は #テッチャン でしょうか？しっかりとした味付けと柔らかさでご飯が進みまくります。

朝食らしく #TKG で頂きつつ、海苔を巻いて食べたり、お新香で楽しんだりも出来ます。最後は煮込みの味噌をご飯にぶっかけて七味をふりかけると最高です。

近くにあったら通っちゃうなと思う、いい食堂でした。次回は麺類なども試してみたいなと思います。
