近くで用事があったため、夕方6時頃に訪問。お腹も空いていたので、ガッツリ焼き肉を食べようとして入店しました。
メニューを見て、思わず高い！と思いました。まぁ、和牛の焼肉屋さんはお高いお店が沢山ありますので、あくまでも私の感覚ではありますが。
その中で比較的リーズナブルな感じということで、下記を頼みました。
■薄切り大判和牛リブロースの焼きしゃぶ（1000円）
■ハーフ冷麺（550円）
■ウーロン茶（400円）
お値段に躊躇している私の心が伝わったのでしょうか。なぜか、炙り和牛のお寿司を一貫サービスで付けてくれました。嬉しい！
焼きしゃぶは、薄切りをサッと炙りでいただきます。すき焼き風のタレに付けていただくのは和牛最強の食べ方と思います。ただ、こちらのお肉、元は良い物なのだろうと思いますが、冷凍独特の食感、香りがあります。冷凍和牛はやはり、漬けダレ方式でないと厳しいかもしれません。なお大判ではありましたが、一枚なんてあっという間です。1000円でも高いと思いました。
冷麺も、まずくはないですが私の好みとは違いました。私は水キムチの旨味と塩味が効いたのが好きなのですが、こちらのは割とアッサリしています。好みの問題とは思います。
個室でゆったりできますし、牛寿司のサービスはありがたかったです。
