テラス・バー以外全席禁煙、 |
オムレツとパンがついてくるためバターも注文。
卵の値上がり故、オムレツは価格改訂したそう。
外のメニューでは700円台と書かれていたが、店内では900円の表記であった。
まずはパンが来る。
パンは焼いてある訳ではなく、冷たい。
これがおフランス流なのであろう。
サラダに関しては酸味の効いたドレッシングであった。新鮮さ等に関しては、気になる点はなかった。普通。
オムレツは、プレーンでも割と濃いめというか、しつこいお味だったため、ハムやチーズのお味にしなくてよかったと思っている。サーブの時に塩胡椒もいただいたのだが、全然つけなくてよい味付け。
バターは発酵では無い上に、無塩。
しかし量はとても少ないというわけではなかったため、その点はよかった。
お行儀は悪いが、無塩は嫌だなと思ったおじたんは、ここでオムレツの時に貰った塩を使った。
あと、バターちょっと酸化していたのは残念。
オムレツじゃあ足りないよと思っていたが、パンもあってか、おなかいっぱいになりました。
