品川駅周辺に来た際に偶然こちらのお店を発見、以前こちらの中目黒店で見かけて気になっていたパンを買ってみようと思って立ち寄ってみました。
場所はＪＲ品川駅から西へ歩いてすぐの京急第７ビルの１階にあります。
お店はスタイリッシュなレストラン併設のベーカリーといった雰囲気です。
以前こちらの別店舗ではバゲットを購入したのですが、隣りに陳列してあったフィセル オ ブールがずっと気になっていたので今回はフィセル オ ブールを購入しました。
自宅へ持ち帰った翌朝リベイクしていただきました。
生地はバゲットと同じですが、通常のバゲットより細長く成形されていて生地にバターが練り込まれて焼き上げられています。
クラストはバキバキ、クラムは軽めでバターの味わいがジューシーで、また細いのでそのままでも簡単に頬張れるので包丁いらずバターいらずでピクニックなど外でも食べやすいパンだなと思いました。
通常のバゲットより少しお高めですが、外での食事などに便利でオススメです。
